Manpurse - Dance Perfromance by Kasper Jakobsen
The 360-degree dance performance “Manpurse” explores the link between objects and gender stereotypes. It questions why and how we restrict everyday items like for example cosmetics, clothes, and accessories to gender norms. By highlighting these limitations, “Manpurse” raises awareness of the boxes we place around ourselves and others.
